Alexandra Barbot is an Author,Illustrator and Visual  Artist. She has a degree from the State University of Port-au-Prince Haiti for Law and a certificate in German Language from the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich Germany. She studied Art with the internationally renowned Haitian Roland Dorcely. Mrs Barbot has exhibited her work in Haiti, Germany and France and has worked with many American, Haitian and German non profit organizations in Haiti for fund raising and awareness events. She published a book about the protection of the environment in Haiti and co published  an article with two German Lawyers  for the French Bavarian Economic Club in Munich following a conference she organized and in which she participated,  for the club. she is working on different book and art project.  She received and award from North Miami Beach Mayor Kevin Burns for her depiction of the Haitian community. Her art can be seen at Frame  Art Gallery  in 96 S.w. 7th. Street in MIAMI Fl. or at her studio after scheduling an appointment. portion of the Sales benefit the Haitian American Historical Society and  Haiti Relief Fund.
